The 1905–06 season was the 7th season for FC Barcelona.

The club enters an epoch of crisis, so much in the social aspects as in the sports. In a displacement to Bilbao, Athletic beats Barcelona for 10-1. The Basque press takes advantage of to comment ironic. The crisis is a general in the Catalan soccer and even the Espanyol will suspend all his activities by a period of three years.

October 6, 1905 Josep Soler became president.
