The 1924 Cal Poly Mustangs football team represented California Polytechnic School[note 1] during the 1924 college football season.

Cal Poly was a two-year school until 1941, and competed in the California Coast Conference (CCC). The team was led by fourth-year head coach Al Agosti and played home games in San Luis Obispo, California. They finished the season with a record of one win and five losses (1–5, 0–3 CCC). Overall, the Mustangs were outscored by their opponents 19–193 for the season. This included being shut out by the Stanford Freshman team, 0–97.
