Justin Bibbins

Justin Bibbins is an American professional basketball player for ZTE KK of the Nemzeti Bajnokság I/A. He played college basketball for Utah. Bibbins was recruited by Utah out of high school but the Utes did not have a scholarship available for him by the time he was to join the squad. Instead, Bibbins was twice named All-Conference, he averaged 4.6 assists per game as a junior. After graduating from Long Beach State, Bibbins decided to transfer to Utah for his final season of eligibility, he was named team captain despite being new to the program. He did not start out the season strong, but had 23 points and made five 3-pointers in a victory against Ole Miss and became the team's primary scoring option after a rash of injuries to other players; as a senior at Utah, Bibbins averaged 14.8 points and 4.7 assists per game, hitting 93 three-pointers, the second-highest single-season mark in Utes history. He was named to the First-team All-Pac-12 and led the team to 23-win season and an appearance in the NIT championship game.

Bibbins worked out for several NBA teams in preparation for the 2018 NBA draft and said he draws inspiration from former Utah player Kyle Kuzma. Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities

The Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities is an employers' organisation in Norway. It was founded in 1972 as a merger between the Union of Norwegian Cities and the Norwegian Association of Rural Municipalities; the two entities were merged between 1942 and 1945, during the German occupation of Norway. It changed its name from Norske Kommuners Sentralforbund to Kommunenes Sentralforbund in 1988, to just KS in 2004; the current director general is Gunn Marit Helgesen. KS' President Gunn Marit Helgesen was re-elected at the KS congress February 17, together with deputies Mette Gundersen and Bjørn Arild Gram. Ms. Helgesen has been the KS President since 2012 and member of the executive board since 2008. Seven out of 14 representatives are new to the Executive Board; the Norwegian Green Party is for the first time represented by a representative, while the Socialist Left Party lost its representation. The Centre Party has received three representatives on the new Executive Board, compared to two in previous periods.
