Attarintiki Daredi

Attarintiki Daredi is a 2013 Indian Telugu-language comedy-drama film written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas. It stars Pawan Kalyan, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Pranitha Subhash in the roles with Nadhiya, Boman Irani. The film was produced by B. V. S. N. Prasad under the banner Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra in association with Reliance Entertainment, the soundtrack album and background score were composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Attarintiki Daredi was made with a budget of ₹55 crore, principal photography began in January 2013 and ended in July 2013, with the film being primarily shot in and around Hyderabad. Significant portions were shot in Pollachi and Europe, the film was released on 27 September 2013 and received positive critical reception. It earned a share of ₹74.48 crore, grossed nearly ₹130 crore —187 crore. The film won four Filmfare Awards, six SIIMA Awards, four Nandi Awards, six Santosham Film Awards, Raghunandan is a rich but unhappy businessman based in Milan. He wishes to reconcile with his estranged daughter Sunanda, whom he expelled because she married Rajasekhar against his wishes and his grandson Gautham Nanda promises Raghunandan that he will bring her back to their home on his 80th birthday. Sunanda has three daughters, two of them are Prameela and Sashi, Gautham enters the house as Siddhartha aka Siddhu, a driver who was appointed by Rajasekhar after saving him from a heart attack. Gautham tries to woo Prameela, but gives up when he learns that she is in love with another man, Sashi hates Gautham and is suspicious of him and Paddu, his friend and a nurse who is appointed to take care of Rajasekhar. Sunanda later reveals to Gautham that she is aware of his real identity much before the incidents, to save Prameelas love, Gautham and Paddu go to a village and accidentally, Sashi falls into the jeep due to a head injury, thus suffering with amnesia. Gautham introduces himself as her lover for the time being, the trio go to the venue, Gautham and Paddu enter the house. They and the escape from there and reach Sunandas home after a violent altercation with the family members of the bridegroom where Sashis memory is revived. The brides father Siddhappa asks for compensation for the damage caused by Siddhu, to avoid complications, Rajasekhar fires Gautham. Gautham later learns that Sashi loved him from the beginning but was hesitant to express her feelings and he traps Baddham Bhaskar, a rich NRI staying in Uganda who has a penchant for women, and enters Sunandas home as his assistant. Bhaskar falls for Sashi but his attempts are thwarted by Gautham. On the day of her marriage, Sashi elopes with Gautham, while waiting with him for the train to Chennai, Siddhappas men reach the station to stop them only to be trashed by Gautham and his assistants, led by Balu. Through Balu, Sashi comes to know Gauthams real motive, an angry Rajasekhar, with Sunanda, arrive to shoot Gautham but Rajasekhar is taken aback after knowing his true identity

It was introduced into India by the Mughals and widely used since then and its meaning varied, referring to a region that encompassed northern India and Pakistan or India in its entirety

Bangladesh, officially the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh, is a country in South Asia. It shares land borders with India and Myanmar, Nepal, Bhutan and China are located near Bangladesh but do not share a border with it. The countrys maritime territory in the Bay of Bengal is roughly equal to the size of its land area, Bangladesh is the worlds eighth most populous country. Dhaka is its capital and largest city, followed by Chittagong which has the countrys largest port, Bangladesh forms the largest and eastern part of the Bengal region. Bangladeshis include people of different ethnic groups and religions, Bengalis, who speak the official Bengali, make up 98% of the population. The politically dominant Bengali Muslims make the nation the worlds third largest Muslim-majority country, most of Bangladesh is covered by the Bengal delta, the largest delta on Earth. The country has 700 rivers and 8,046 km of inland waterways, highlands with evergreen forests are found in the northeastern and southeastern regions of the country. Bangladesh has many islands and a coral reef and it is home to the Sundarbans, the largest mangrove forest in the world. The countrys biodiversity includes a vast array of plant and wildlife, including critically endangered Bengal tigers, the Greeks and Romans identified the region as Gangaridai, a powerful kingdom of the historical subcontinent, in the 3rd century BCE. Archaeological research has unearthed several ancient cities in Bangladesh, which had trade links for millennia. The Bengal Sultanate and Mughal Bengal transformed the region into a cosmopolitan Islamic imperial power between the 14th and 18th centuries, the region was home to many principalities which had inland naval prowess. It was also a center of the worldwide muslin and silk trade. As part of British India, the region was influenced by the Bengali renaissance, the Partition of British India made East Bengal a part of the Dominion of Pakistan, and was renamed as East Pakistan. The region witnessed the Bengali Language Movement in 1952 and the Bangladesh Liberation War in 1971, after independence, a parliamentary republic was established. A presidential government was in place between 1975 and 1990, followed by a return to parliamentary democracy, the country has also been affected by poverty, natural disasters, hunger, dominant party systems and military coups. Bangladesh is a power and a major developing nation. Listed as one of the Next Eleven, it has the 46th largest economy and it is one of the largest textile exporters in the world. Its major trading partners are the European Union, the United States, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, with its strategically vital location between Southern, Eastern and Southeast Asia, Bangladesh is an important promoter of regional connectivity and cooperation

Sonu Nigam is an Indian playback singer whose songs have been featured mainly in Hindi and Kannada. He has also sung in Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Tulu, Assamese, Odia, Nepali, Maithili and he has also released Indian pop albums and acted in a number of films. He has been one of the highest paid Indian singers and his singing style is considered similar to the legendary Mohd. Rafi whom he considers his motivation. He has come into limelight through the Kannada film Mungaru Male, Sonu Agam Kumar Nigam was born on 30 July 1973 to Agam Kumar Nigam and Shobha Agam Kumar Nigam in the city of Faridabad, Haryana. Nigam began his career at the age of four, when he joined his father Agam Kumar Nigam on stage to sing Mohammed Rafis song Kya hua tera wada. From then on, Nigam accompanied his father on his appearances at weddings. He moved to Mumbai with his father to begin his Bollywood singing career at the age of 18 and he was trained by Hindustani classical singer Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan. Nigam married Madhurima Agam Kumar Nigam on 15 February 2002, Nigam has released pop albums in Hindi, Kannada, Odia, Chhattisgarhi and Punjabi, as well as Hindu and Islamic devotional albums. He has released several Buddhist albums, Nigam has performed in countries in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. In May–June 2007, he participated in The Incredibles tour with Asha Bhosle, Kunal Ganjawala, in September–October of the same year, he gave solo concerts titled Simply Sonu in Canada and Germany, the first Indian singer to do so. In April 2008, he toured India promoting his Punjabi single Punjabi Please, nigams first film song as a playback singer was for Janam, which was never officially released. He then began making radio commercials and also acted in some of them and his first released song was O Aasman Wale from the movie Aaja Meri Jaan. Sonu had also sung title Track Of Aaja Meri Jaan, but it Was Dubbed By SP Balasubramaniam. He released his first album Rafi Ki Yaadein in 1992, after this he sung in some movies included as Muqabla, Meharban, Shabnam, Aag, Khuddar, Hulchul, Stuntman, Ramjaane, Gaddar etc. He began hosting the TV show, Sa Re Ga Ma in 1995 and sang Accha Sila Diya for the film Bewafa Sanam and he sang the Anu Malik-composed song Sandese Aate Hai in Border and performed the Nadeem-Shravan-composed song Yeh Dil Deewana in Pardes in 1997. Nigams album Deewana, with directed by Sajid-Wajid, was released by T-Series in 1999. Nigam provided playback singing for Hindi movies including the song for the film Kal Ho Naa Ho in 2003

Shantanu Mukherjee, known as Shaan, is an Indian playback singer more active in Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Urdu, Telugu and Kannada films and a television host. He hosted the shows Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs, Star Voice of India, in Music Ka Maha Muqabla, his team, Shaans Strikers, finished as the runners up to Shankar Mahadevan’s team. He has also sung many Pakistani songs, Shaan has sung on the Konkani album Tujhe Vinem. He is considered as one of the most popular voices for romantic as well as songs and is one of the most versatile singers. He has sung songs of different genres like pop, sad songs, patriotic, jazz, ghazals, hip-hop, rock and he has sung songs in Konkani, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi, Nepali, English, Hindi, Oriya, Malayalam, Telugu, Marathi and Assamese. He also started his career at a young age of 17 years in year 1989. He has been showered with titles like Golden Voice of India, Voice of Paradise, Magician of Melody and he appeared as a judge in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs 2014–2015 and The Voice India Kids 2016. In 2015, Shaan appeared in the first season of The Voice where he was the coach of Pawandeep Rajan, Shaan was born on 30 September 1972. His grandfather was the lyricist Jahar Mukherjee, his father was the music director Manas Mukherjee. His father died when Shaan was 13, after which his mother work as a singer. As a child, Shaan began his career singing jingles for advertisements, after giving it up for a brief period he returned and, along with jingles, began to sing remixes and cover versions. In the 1989 movie Parinda, aged only 17, Shaan sang a line in the song. He entered the pop scene with sister Sagarika, singing Biddu’s melodies, then came Roop Tera Mastana, a remix album of R. D. Burmans songs, that brought them further into the limelight. Shaan launched Loveology after this, which was well received and he wrote the lyrics of the ballad Bhool Ja on his second album Tanha Dil, which appeared in the charts within days of its release and was popular on radio. In 2000 he won the MTV Asia Music Award for best solo album for his album Tanha Dil, three years later Shaan launched his album Aksar which was successful and contained songs featuring international stars such as Blue, Mel C and Samira Said. For both the albums Tanha Dil and Aksar, Shaan sang, composed and wrote the lyrics of all the songs and he released Tomar Aakash in 2004, a Bengali album, along with his sister and featuring his fathers unreleased songs. He also plans to release an album remaking his fathers compositions with his sister in Hindi and he recently sang one of his fathers compositions on sets of STAR Pluss Music Ka Maha Muqqabla. In 2006, he released a song with MLTR, Take me to your heart, the song appears on his album Tishnagi which is produced by Ranjit Barot and engineered by Ashish Manchanda

Samantha Ruth Prabhu is an Indian actress and model. She has established a career in the Telugu and Tamil film industries, Samantha was born and raised in Chennai to parents of Telugu and Malayali ancestry, and as an undergraduate pursuing a degree in commerce, she worked part-time on modelling assignments. She donates her earnings from endorsements, product launches and inauguration events to support the foundation, despite her mixed regional background, Samantha has cited that she sees herself as a Tamilian, as she was brought up speaking Tamil and English at home. As a part of her education, Samantha schooled at Holy Angels Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School and then completed a degree in commerce at Stella Maris College, Chennai. Towards the end of her degree, she got involved in modelling, notably working with Naidu Hall. Samantha began her film career with Gautham Menons Telugu film. The actress successfully auditioned and was signed up for the project in mid August 2009 and worked on the film in India and the United States, while the film was released on 26 February 2010. In the film, Samantha played the lead character Jessie, a Malayali Saint Thomas Christian girl living in Hyderabad, with whom the male protagonist, played by Naga Chaitanya, falls in love. Upon release of the film, Samantha received very positive reviews for her portrayal, Critics at Sify praised Samantha as a scene-stealer and her beauty as alluring, adding, she was the girl to watch out for. Samantha appeared in a role in the Tamil version of the film. Both the Telugu and the Tamil versions of the proved to be grand successes. Samanthas next release was the drama, Baana Kaathadi, opposite Adharvaa. The film was actually the third Tamil project signed by the actress, Samantha portrayed a student of the National Institute of Fashion Technology, the first such role in Tamil cinema. Her next release was Ravi Varmans Moscowin Kavery, originally the first film she began work on, the shooting for the film began in August 2007, with Samantha, then briefly credited with the screen name Yasodha, joining the team later in the year. In an interview held in 2008, Ravi Varman mentioned that he had decided that Samantha would be the actress for his film within three minutes after viewing one of her commercial assignments. He went on to describe her as an actress with intelligence and potential, whilst drawing comparisons with the noted actress, however, due to Ravi Varmans prior commitments as cinematographer in other projects, the film languished in development hell, eventually releasing in August 2010. The film earned poor reviews from critics, though Samanthas performance was credited as one of the highlights that the film offered. The Times of India is an Indian English-language daily newspaper. It is the fourth-largest newspaper in India by circulation and largest selling English-language daily in the according to Audit Bureau of Circulations. It is the oldest English-language newspaper in India still in circulation, in 1991, the BBC ranked The Times of India among the worlds six best newspapers. It is owned and published by Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. which is owned by the Sahu Jain family. In 2014 however, The Times of India was ranked 174th among Indias most trusted brands according to the Brand Trust Report 2014, the Times of India issued its first edition 3 November 1838 as The Bombay Times and Journal of Commerce. In 1850, it began to publish daily editions, in 1860, editor Robert Knight bought the Indian shareholders interests, merged with rival Bombay Standard, and started Indias first news agency. It wired Times dispatches to papers across the country and became the Indian agent for Reuters news service, in 1861, he changed the name from the Bombay Times and Standard to The Times of India. In the 19th century, this company employed more than 800 people and had a sizeable circulation in India. In 1946, Bennett Coleman & Co, Ltd was sold to sugar magnate Ramkrishna Dalmia of the then-famous industrial family, the Dalmiyas, for Rs 20 million, as India was becoming independent and the British owners were leaving. In the court case followed, Ramkrishna Dalmia was sentenced to two years in Tihar Jail after having been convicted of embezzlement and fraud. But for most of the term he managed to spend in hospital. Upon his release, his son-in-law, Sahu Shanti Prasad Jain, to whom he had entrusted the running of Bennett, in the early 1960s, Shanti Prasad Jain was imprisoned on charges of selling newsprint on the black market. Based on the pleading, Justice directed the Government to assume control of the newspaper which resulted in replacing half of the directors, curiously, the court appointed D K Kunte as Chairman of the Board. Kunte had no business experience and was also an Opposition member of the Lok Sabha. In 1976, during the Emergency in India, the Government transferred ownership of the back to Ashok Kumar Jain. The move was a critique of Prime Minister Indira Gandhis 21-month state of emergency, in late 2006, Times Group acquired Vijayanand Printers Limited. VPL previously published two Kannada newspapers, Vijay Karnataka and Usha Kiran, and an English daily, Vijay Times, Vijay Karnataka was the leader in the Kannada newspaper segment then. The paper launched a Chennai edition,12 April 2008 and it launched a Kolhapur edition, February 2013

Jeet is an Indian film actor, producer and television presenter who predominantly works in Tollywood. He started as a model and then shifted to TV serials like Bishabriksha, Janani and he made his cinematic debut in Chandu, which released to negative reviews and received poor response at the box office. In the same year, he acted in the Bengali remake of Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar and this initial success was followed by other critical and commercial success, including Nater Guru, Sangee, Bandhan, Yuddho. In 2005, he acted alongside Koel Mallick in Nater Guru, in 2013, he appeared in the crime thriller Boss, Born to Rule, which was Jeets first pan-India release. The film proved to be one of the biggest hits of 2013 and grossed ₹6.75 crore, as of now, he has committed to star in the sequel of his 2013 blockbuster film, Boss, Born to Rule. In television, he appeared on reality shows and also hosted some, including Koti Takar Baaji. Jeet studied at St. Joseph and Marrys School, New Alipore and later in National High School, however, his academic life was interrupted soon after for joining his family business. Nevertheless, he had a renewed interest for art since his early days. He enjoyed watching dramas and movies and would try to emulate his styles. He joined to showbiz arena in pursue to test his luck in the industry with a request of his friends. Jeet was reportedly have been in a relationship with his co-star Swastika Mukherjee during his shooting film Mastan, though the relationship was broken and Jeet subsequently married Mohana Ratlani, a school teacher from Lucknow, India, on 24 February 2011. They became parents to a daughter on 12 Dec 2012, Jeet collaborated with Haranath Chakraborty for Naater Guru, which had debutant Koel Mallick, in the female lead. He later acted with Priyanka Trivedi in the film Sangee, released on 14 June 2003, in 2004, his first film was with Raima Sen, named Shakti. His other films of the year include Premi, opposite debutant Chandana Sharma, Mastan, Aakrosh, in 2005, he acted in Yuddho with Mithun Chakraborty, Koel Mallick and Debashree Roy. In 2005, Jeet collaborated with Koel Mallick in Shubhodrishti and Manik, Jeet won the Anandalok Awards for Best Actor for Manik. Jeet again acted with Koel Mallick in two consecutive films- Ghatak and Hero and he played the role of Govindlal, in Raja Sens directional venture, Krishnakanter Will which starred Swastika Mukherjee and Monali Thakur as female leads. His next film was with Hrishita Bhatt, titled Bidhatar Lekha, the film explores two lovers and their relationship in their last life that had come to a tragic end, and the pair confronts each other again in the current incarnation. He again collaborated with Swastika Mukherjee for the film Partner in 2008, Jeet collaborated with for Jor which made on a budget Rs.1.25 crore crossed seven weeks in theater and proved to be a hit in the box office

Sabyasachi Chakrabarty

Sabyasachi Chakrabarty is an Indian Bengali actor of theater, films and television. He is considered to be one of the most prolific actors of West Bengal and his parents, Jagadish Chandra Chakrabarty and Monica Chakrabarty, used to lovingly call him Benu. In 1975, he passed Higher Secondary Examination from Andrews High School and he earned a degree in B. Sc from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. He cleared his AMI examination from Delhi in 1978, apart from acting, his love for nature and forests is well known. He takes ardent interest in wild life photography, Sabyasachi got married in 1986 to Mithu Chakrabarty, who is also a popular face in the Bengali entertainment industry. He has two sons, Gaurav and Arjun, both of whom are talented actors and they are working in both film and television. Sabyasachis first mainstream work was a role in the 1987 TV series Tero Parbon for Kolkata Doordarshan channel. Tero Parbon was critically acclaimed with a soundtrack in which his role as the character Gora was well-received. He made his debut in Tapan Sinha’s Antardhan in 1992. He continued to work in television series and shows. He has directed many TV shows and some shows for children and he got involved with Charbak theatre group in 1983. He has worked in a number of Hindi movies and TV shows as well, in 2002 Chakrabarty was awarded the Best Actor award for Ek Je Aachhe Kanya and in 2004 he was awarded Best Actor for his performance in Bombaiyer Bombete by Anandalok Awards. Sabyasachi Chakrabarty was the recipient of the Best Actor award in a Supporting Role by the BFJA in 1995,2000 and 2003 and he has received many other awards including the 2nd International Indo-Bangladesh Kala Music Award. As an actor, Chakrabarty receives plenty of recognition from institutions and he is a recipient of Kalakar Awards. Sabyasachi portrayed Feluda on both small and big screens after legendary Soumitra Chatterjee donned the hat in two films directed by Ray himself in 1970s. Soumitra Chatterjee originally played Feluda in Satyajit Rays Feluda series and he acted in Sonar Kella and Joi Baba Felunath as Feluda. Both Soumitra and Sabyasachi played the Feluda character with great success, as Sabyasachi said in many interviews that Feluda is one of his idol and favourite hero from his young age. In the late 80s Sabyasachi met the author of Feluda series Satyajit Ray, then Sabyasachi met Sandip Ray, but Sandip Ray had no plan of making any Feluda film at that time

Hindustan Times is an Indian English-language daily newspaper founded in 1924 with roots in the Indian independence movement of the period. The newspaper is owned by Rajya Sabha M. P. Shobhana Bhartia and it is the flagship publication of HT Media. Hindustan Times is one of the largest newspapers in India, by circulation, according to the Audit Bureau of Circulations, it has a circulation of 1.16 million copies as of November 2015. The Indian Readership Survey 2014 revealed that HT is the second most widely read English newspaper in India after The Times of India. It is popular in North India, with editions from New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Patna, Ranchi, Bhopal. The print location of Jaipur was discontinued from June 2006 and that of Nagpur edition was discontinued from September 1997, HT launched a youth daily, HT Next, in 2004. The Mumbai edition was launched on 14 July 2005 and the Kolkata edition was launched in early 2000. In 2014 however, Hindustan Times was ranked 360th among Indias most trusted brands according to the Brand Trust Report 2014, a study conducted by Trust Research Advisory, other sister publications of Hindustan Times are Mint, Hindustan, Nandan and Kadambani. Hindustan Times is owned by the KK Birla branch of the Birla family, Hindustan Times was founded in 1924 by Sunder Singh Lyallpuri, founder-father of the Akali movement and the Shiromani Akali Dal in Punjab Province. S Mangal Singh Gill and S. Chanchal Singh were made in charge of the newspaper, Madan Mohan Malaviya and Tara Singh were among the members of the Managing Committee. The Managing Chairman and Chief Patron was Master Sunder Singh Lyallpuri, K. M. Panikkar was its first editor, Devdas Gandhi on the editors panel, and later editor. The opening ceremony was performed by Mahatma Gandhi on 26 September 1924, the first issue was published from Naya Bazar, Delhi. As an Oxonian, historian, and litterateur, Panikkar must have hoped to make his paper eventually more than an Akali sheet and he became the editor and funds flowed freely from activist Akali patrons. He exerted himself strenuously, but the paper made very little headway, in two years Panikkar could not take the print order any higher than 3,000. By then the Akali movement appeared to lose steam and funds dried up, the paper was saved from an untimely demise when Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya stepped in to realise his vision of a newspaper in Delhi. Malaviya raised ₹50,000 rupees to acquire the Hindustan Times along with the help of nationalist leaders Lajpat Rai and M. R. Jayakar and industrialist G. D. Birla, Birla took full control of the paper in 1933. The paper continues to be owned by the Birla family and it has its roots in the Indian independence movement of the first half of the twentieth century and even faced the noted Hindustan Times Contempt Case at Allahabad High Court. It was edited at times by many important people in India, including Devdas Gandhi, Sri Mulgaonkar, B. G. Verghese, sanjoy Narayan was editor in chief of the paper from August 2008 till July 2016
