Anthony Melchior Frank (born May 31, 1931)[1][2] served as the United States Postmaster General from March 1, 1988[3] to July 6, 1992.


Frank received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He also did postgraduate work in finance at the University of Vienna.[1]
