Castulo was an Iberian town and bishopric (now Latin titular see located in the Andalusian province of Jaén, in south-central Spain, near modern Linares.

Linares is a municipality of Spain belonging to the province of Jaén, Andalusia. It is considered the second-most important city in that province and had a population of 56,525 in the most recent census (2021). The altitude is 419 metres and the total area of the municipality is 195.15 square kilometres (75.35 sq mi).
