Greece took part at the Eurovision Song Contest 1992 in Malmö, Sweden, represented by Cleopatra with the song "Olou Tou Kosmou I Elpida" (Όλου του κόσμου η Ελπίδα). Cleopatra was selected by Ellinikí Radiofonía Tileórasi (ERT), the Greek broadcaster, to represent the country at the contest in Sweden.

At Eurovision[edit]

Cleopatra performed 5th on the night of the contest, following Turkey and preceding the France, at the close of the voting the song had received 94 points, placing 5th in a field of 23.The fifth-place in 1992 equaled the fifth-place in 1977 and it was the best place that Greece ever had until 2001.
