Jeremy O'Day

Jeremy O'Day is the current general manager and vice president of football operations for the Saskatchewan Roughriders and a former Canadian Football League offensive lineman. He grew up in New York, playing high school football at Lockport High School. O'Day played in college at Edinboro University in Pennsylvania, he was a CFL All-Star in 2006, 2007, 2009 and winner of the 2008 CFL season Tom Pate Memorial Award for community service. O'Day announced his retirement on February 8, 2011. On November 9, 2011, O'Day was named Assistant General Manager of the Saskatchewan Roughriders. On August 31, 2015, O'Day took over as interim general manager and Vice President of Football Operations duties for the Saskatchewan Roughriders after Brendan Taman was fired; the team went 3-6 during his interim tenure. On January 18, 2019, the Saskatchewan Roughriders named O'day the team's General Manager, replacing Coach Chris Jones, who left for the NFL

Elsecar railway station

Elsecar railway station is a railway station in Elsecar, near Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England. It is based on the Penistone Hallam Line served by Northern; the station was opened by the Midland Railway in July 1897 and was at one time known as Elsecar & Hoyland. CCTV was installed for the purposes of crime prevention. Other improvements to the station include new signage and the installation of passenger information display screens to provide real-time service information. A new 85-bay car park at the station was opened in November 2013 - funded by South Yorkshire PTE, this cost £500,000 and is located behind the northbound platform. Elsecar station has no permanent buildings. Standard waiting shelters are provided on each side, along with a customer help point on platform 1. Train running information is offered via the display screens at the entrance to, on the platforms and via timetable information posters. Step-free access is available to each platform via ramps, there are two ramps to the Northbound platform.

There are bicycle storage facilities on both platforms. As of 16 June 2018, there is a ticket machine on each platform. From 20 May 2018 the station will be served on weekdays and Saturdays by two trains per hour towards Sheffield and two trains per hour to Barnsley, one continuing to Leeds via Castleford and the other to Huddersfield via Penistone. On Sundays, the schedule is reduced with services starting and finishing earlier, one train per hour is offered to Sheffield which continues to Lincoln and one train per hour is offered to Barnsley which continues once per hour to Huddersfield until 14:00 and at alternate hours with a service to Leeds via Castleford until 20:00 when all remaining hourly services continue to Leeds.
