"Quality FM", also known as Q 100.7 FM, is the newest radio station in Barbados. Established on 3 May 2004, it airs mainly talk shows and some shows previously from sister station CBC 900 AM, such as obituary announcements. Q100.7 FM is still always known as the "Quality Talk, Quality Music" station, and now it is always known as the "Q Is Good For You" station since 3 May 2014.

It is owned by the Government of Barbados' Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), with studios located at The Pine, Saint Michael.

The radio station airs sittings of the Parliament of Barbados. The House of Assembly meets Tuesdays at 10:30 AM, and sittings of the Senate take place on Wednesdays. Also, there is the "Quarter Hour of Prayer Power" every Monday and Friday at 5:45 AM, "Healthy Living" every Monday at 7:45 AM, the "BARP 50+ Half-Hour" every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 12:30 PM, "Between Me and You" every Weekday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, "Farmer's Corner" every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 5:30 AM, "Your Health and You" every Wednesday at 8:15 AM, "Q in the Community" every Thursday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the "Q Sunday Morning Service every Sunday at 9:00 AM, the new Food for the Soul programme every Sunday from 2:00 to 3:00 PM and lots more. Q100.7 FM has the Quality music of the '50s, '60s, '70s and '80s, and it sometimes adds into the last decade of the '90s and today along with its sister station CBC Radio 94.7 FM.
