Sunnyvale station

Sunnyvale is a Caltrain station in Sunnyvale, California. The station is within walking distance of the historic downtown of Sunnyvale and the new Cityline Sunnyvale shopping center.

The station plaza and parking structure were built in 2003, replacing the earlier station building.[3]

In March 2018, work began on the Sunnyvale Station Rehabilitation Project, which will shift the north pedestrian crossing further north to accommodate six-car train consists at station platforms. Starting in April, bicycle access to the southern bike car will be restricted for approximately eight weeks; bicyclists will not be able to board or deboard southbound trains from the southern bike car. Work is expected to be complete in August 2018.[4][5]
