Theudebert II

Theudebert II, King of Austrasia, was the son and heir of Childebert II. He received the kingdom of Austrasia plus the cities of Poitiers, Tours, Le Puy-en-Velay, Châteaudun, as well as the Champagne, the Auvergne, Transjurane Alemannia, he succeeded his grandmother Brunhilda. In 599, Theudebert and his brother Theuderic II were at war. Theuderic defeated him at Sens, but allied against their cousin Chlothar II and defeated him at Dormelles, thereby laying their hands on a great portion of Neustria. At this point, the two brothers took up arms against each other. In 610, he extorted Alsace from his brother and Theuderic took up arms against him, yet again. Theudebert was defeated handily by Theuderic at Toul and at Zülpich in 612. Bishop Ludegast of Mainz is said to have beseeched his brother in a fable to spare his life, he was locked up in a monastery at the order of his grandmother, assassinated with his son Merovech. He was married to Bilichildis, his daughter Emma is sometimes thought to have married Eadbald of Kent.

Katherine Saltzberg

Katherine Saltzberg is an American actress and comic. She is best known for starring as the showbiz-talented 16-year-old daughter of Brian Dennehy's character in the ABC sitcom, Star of the Family. Saltzberg wrote and performed the one woman show, Los Angelyne, an autobiographical theater performance where the "personal" becomes very public, as she recounted how her life and home were invaded by Los Angeles icon Angelyne, the attention-hungry queen of billboard self-promotion. Los Angelyne premiered at REDCAT. and had a subsequent run at Theatre Asylum. Receiving fame at an early age, Saltzberg starred in the ABC sitcom, Star of the Family, playing Jennie Lee Krebs, a 16-year-old singer who begins getting show business offers because of her talents in the country/pop genre; this scares her father, played by Brian Dennehy. Saltzberg was nominated for Best Young Actress in a new TV series; the show was created by Stu Silver and produced by Jack Rollins, Charles Joffe, Larry Brezner. On the 1990 worldwide Jimmy Buffett tour, Jump Up!, Saltzberg sang backup as a member of his Coral Reefer Band.

Under the name "Kate Mason," Saltzberg performed stand-up comedy for five years throughout the U. S. Since 2003, Saltzberg is married to Jack Saltzberg, she is the granddaughter of the British and American publicist, Jack Oliphant, who represented such individuals as Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Jr. Pearl Bailey, Sophie Tucker, she is the sister of Lauri Fraser, the voice of Jane Jetson of The Jetsons, the daughter of Hugo Maisnik

Listed buildings in Cuddington, Cheshire

Cuddington is a civil parish in Cheshire West and Chester, England. Itcontains 15 buildings that are recorded in the National Heritage List for England as designated listed buildings, all of which are listed at Grade II; this grade is the lowest of the three gradings given to listed buildings and is applied to "buildings of national importance and special interest". In the parish are two villages and Sandiway, which are contiguous; the architect John Douglas was born in the village of Sandiway, seven of the buildings in the list were designed by him, including the village church and its lychgate.
