The House Intelligence Subcommittee on Department of Defense, Intelligence and Overhead Architecture is one of the four subcommittees within the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence

According to the official website "This subcommittee is responsible for oversight of the policies, programs, activities, and budgets of the National Reconnaissance Program, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Program, the General Defense Intelligence Program (Defense Intelligence Agency), and Department of Defense activities that are funded through the Military Intelligence Program."[citation needed]
