WBSE-LP is a digital low-powered television station that is licensed to and located in Charleston, South Carolina. The station is a Laff network affiliate owned by HC2 Holdings, which acquired it from King Forward, Inc. in 2017.[1] The station’s digital signal is broadcast over UHF channel 20. [2]
