Geography[edit]

General tasks

  • Articles about districts and towns of the same name should be separated. An article cannot be about the district and the town at the same time. (or can it?) E.g.: Muar, Papar, etc.
I agree on this one. This is an encyclopedia, not tourists book, thus area must be clearly defined with proper border, such as state, district, mukim etc. Even any location in Kuala Lumpur, has to be followed by its related district, not the street name area. Anything regarding cities in Selangor, must always be within the point of view of Selangor, not from KL's point of view (e.g., Batu Cave is a cave north of Kuala Lumpur - No. It should be "Batu Cave is a cave in Gombak District, Selangor, Malaysia). Johor towns also must be written from Malaysia's point of view, not from Singapore's point of view. We should always combine Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia as one unified Malaysian country (e.g. Sibu is a town in Sarawak in East Malaysia - No, it should be "Sibu is a town in Sarawak, Malaysia" / Pahang is the largest state in Peninsular Malaysia - No. It should be "Pahang is the third largest state in Malaysia".) Something like that.
