Yeh Vaada Raha is a 1982 Hindi romance film directed by Kapil Kapoor, starring Rishi Kapoor, Poonam Dhillon, Tina Munim, Rakhee Gulzar and Shammi Kapoor. Inspired by Danielle Steele's The Promise this was the first Hindi movie where the lead character undergoes plastic surgery. Poonam Dhillon and Tina Munim were cast in the role of the lead character and Jaya Bhaduri gave the voice over for both.
