Álvaro Gonzalo Rudolphy Fontaine is a Chilean actor who works in theater, soap operas and film. He has obtained numerous awards, among them the Apes Prize in 2001 to the best Actor in his role in Amores de mercado and the Altazor Prize in 2008 for his role in Alguien te mira.

Amores de mercado is a Chilean television series created by Fernando Aragón and Arnaldo Madrid, that aired on TVN and TV Chile from August 6, to December 28, 2001, starring Álvaro Rudolphy, Ángela Contreras, Luciano Cruz-Coke, and Alejandra Fosalba.
