In Britannia between Death and the Doctor's (1804), James Gillray caricatures William Pitt the Younger as a doctor kicking the previous doctor, Addington (who in reality was the son of a doctor), out of Britannia's sickroom. In doing this, Pitt is treading on the face of Charles James Fox. Napoleon is on the right.
