It was held at the St. Jakobshalle in Basel, Switzerland, from 23 October until 29 October 2023. Sixth-seeded Félix Auger-Aliassime won his second consecutive singles title at the event.

Félix Auger-Aliassime is a Canadian professional tennis player. He has a career-high singles ranking of No. 6, which he achieved on November 7, 2022, making him the second-highest-ranked Canadian man in ATP rankings history and the fourth-highest-ranked Canadian player in history.
