The 2024 Memorial Cup is a four-team round-robin format ice hockey tournament that will be held at Dow Event Center in Saginaw, Michigan, United States. It will be the 104th Memorial Cup championship which will determine the champion of the Canadian Hockey League (CHL). The tournament will be hosted by the Saginaw Spirit, who won the right to host the tournament in March 2023. This will be the first time that the Memorial Cup will be in Michigan, and it will be the first time in the United States since 1998, which was held in Spokane, Washington. The event is scheduled to be played from May 24 to June 2.

Saginaw is a city in and the seat of Saginaw County, Michigan, United States. The city proper had a population of 44,202 at the 2020 census. Located along the Saginaw River, Saginaw is adjacent to Saginaw Charter Township and considered part of Greater Tri-Cities region of Central Michigan. The Saginaw metropolitan area had a population of 190,124 in 2020. The city is also the largest municipality in the Greater Tri-Cities, with a combined population of 377,474 in the combined statistical area in 2020.
