Aleksandr Shcherbakov (20th-century politician)
Aleksandr Sergeyevich Shcherbakov was a Soviet politician and statesman who was a wartime head of the Main Political Directorate of the Red Army as well as the director of the Soviet Information Bureau.

Rybinsk is the second-largest city of Yaroslavl Oblast in Russia. It lies at the confluence of the Volga and Sheksna rivers, 267 kilometres (166 mi) north-north-east of Moscow. Population: 200,771 (2010 Russian census); 222,653 (2002 Census); 251,442 (1989 Soviet census).
