Artem Sergeyevich Ovechkin is a Russian professional road bicycle racer, who most recently rode for UCI Continental team Terengganu Cycling Team. He was named in the start list for the 2016 Giro d'Italia.

The Terengganu Cycling Team is a Malaysian UCI Continental cycling team founded in 2011, and sponsored by PanGlobal Insurance, Science in Sport, Merpati, Castrol and Amerstrand Engineering.
