Associated Marine Workers Union of New York
The Associated Marine Workers Union of New York or Marine Workers Affiliation of the Port of New York was an affiliation of seven separate unions within the New York City port. It was used to coordinate together within the port for strikes and other activity for a better bargaining position.

Marine Engineers' Beneficial Association
The Marine Engineers' Beneficial Association (MEBA) is the oldest maritime trade union in the United States still currently in existence, established in 1875. MEBA primarily represents licensed mariners, especially deck and engine officers working in the United States Merchant Marine aboard US-flagged vessels. It is a member union of the AFL–CIO.
