Büşra Kılıçlı is a Turkish volleyball player. She is 188 cm (6.17 ft) and plays as a middle-blocker. She currently plays for Türk Hava Yolları and wears number 12. She is regular Turkish national team player, including at the 2012 Summer Olympics.

The Turkey women's national volleyball team is formed by the Turkish Volleyball Federation (TVF) and represents Turkey in international CEV and FIVB organizations.
