Major General Bengt Rosenius was a Swedish Air Force officer. Rosenius served as wing commander of the Östgöta Wing, Inspector of Flight Safety and Commanding General of the Attack Command. Later in his career he served two years as War Materials Inspector and head of the National Swedish War Materials Inspectorate.

Östgöta Wing, also F 3 Malmslätt, or simply F 3, is a former Swedish Air Force wing with the main base located at Malmen air base near Linköping in south-eastern Sweden.
