William Charles Virdon was an American professional baseball outfielder, manager, and coach in Major League Baseball. Virdon played in MLB for the St. Louis Cardinals and Pittsburgh Pirates from 1955

Elliott Maddox is an American former Major League Baseball player. In 1968, he was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the first round of the draft. He made his MLB debut in 1970.
