Cadiz is a home rule-class city in and the county seat of Trigg County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 2,540 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Clarksville metropolitan area.

The Old Trigg County courthouse in Cadiz, which was burned twice during the American Civil War. It was destroyed in 2008 to make way for the new courthouse, which sits on the same site.
