He first achieved fame as a member of the pop duo Modern Talking in the 1980s, and has since produced numerous German and international artists. He is also a judge on casting shows Deutschland sucht den Superstar and Das Supertalent.

Bernd Weidung, known by his stage name Thomas Anders, is a German singer, songwriter and record producer. He is best known as the only vocalist of the pop duo Modern Talking.
