Fernando Schwalb López Aldana was twice Prime Minister of Peru under President Fernando Belaúnde Terry. He served as the first Vice President of Peru from July 1980 to July 1985. Between 1980 and 1982, he was also ambassador to the United States.

Fernando Sergio Marcelo Marcos Belaúnde Terry was a Peruvian politician who twice served as President of Peru. Deposed by a military coup in 1968, he was re-elected in 1980 after twelve years of military rule.
