Frank Joseph Guarini is an American politician from New Jersey. A member of the Democratic Party, he served as a member in the United States House of Representatives, where he represented New Jersey's 14th Congressional District for seven terms from 1979 to 1993. He is of Italian descent. Since the death of Al Quie in August 2023, he is the oldest living former representative.

New Jersey's 14th congressional district
New Jersey's 14th congressional district in the House of Representatives was eliminated after the 1990 census. As a result of the congressional apportionment performed after this census, New Jersey lost one seat and was reduced to thirteen seats in the House of Representatives.
