Gdańsk Wrzeszcz–Gdańsk Osowa railway is a single- and double-track, mostly electrified railway line in Gdańsk, stretching 18.615 km. It is commonly referred to as the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway.

Pesa 218M is a family of two-car standard-gauge diesel multiple units produced by Pesa between 2005 and 2015. Only one single-engine unit of the original 218M model was built, while the remaining dual
