Gian Carlo Gamboa Sotto is a Filipino actor and politician who has served as the 18th vice mayor of Quezon City since 2019, under the mayoralty of Joy Belmonte. A member of the local Serbisyo sa Bayan Party, Sotto previously served as a member of the Quezon City Council from 2010 to 2019.

The mayor of Quezon City is the head of the executive branch of Quezon City's government. The mayor holds office at the Quezon City Hall.
