It was written by group members Duncan James and Lee Ryan with Ciaron Bell, Ben Collieer, Ian Hope, Liam Keenan, and NoThwegian production team StarSign.

Lee Ryan is an English singer, songwriter, and voice actor. He is best known as a member of the boy band Blue.
