The Jablanica District is one of nine administrative districts of Southern and Eastern Serbia. It expands in the south-eastern parts of Serbia. As of 2022 census, the district has a population of 184,502 inhabitants. The administrative center of the district is the city of Leskovac.
Medveđa is a town and municipality located in the Jablanica District of southern Serbia. As of the 2022 census, the municipality has a population of 6,360, while the town has a population of 2,993.
