Seyyed Jalal Hosseini, commonly known as Seyyed Jalal or Jalal Hosseini, is a former Iranian professional footballer who played as a centre-back and was the captain of Iranian club Persepolis.

Persepolis F.C. is the football club of the multisport Persepolis Athletic and Cultural Club. The club is owned by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. There have been many attempts to privatise the club, which have been without success due to the large debt the club has accumulated.
