Jan Kudlička is a Czech former pole vaulter. He finished in 8th place at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London with a jump of 5.65 metres.

The men's pole vault at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics was held at the Beijing National Stadium on 22 and 24 August.
