Jessica Schilder is a Dutch track and field athlete competing in shot put. Her outdoors personal best is 20.24 m, which is a Dutch record, and her indoors personal best is 19.48 m. She is two-time bronze medalist at the world championships and a one-time gold medalist at the European championships (outdoor).

The women's shot put event at the 2020 Summer Olympics took place on 30 July and 1 August 2021 at the Japan National Stadium.
