Joseph Patrick Wendle is an American professional baseball infielder for the New York Mets of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Oakland Athletics, Tampa Bay Rays, and Miami Marlins. He is one of the few MLB players to not use batting gloves.
