The KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling championship owned by the DDT Pro-Wrestling (DDT) promotion. The current champions are Damnation T.A., who are in their third reign as a team; but sixth for Sasaki, second for Kanon and fifth for Paul. They defeated D・O・A at DDT X Zeekstar Tokyo Special Performance on April 26, 2024 in Tokyo, Japan.
