Kamikatsu is a town located in Katsuura District, Tokushima Prefecture, Japan. As of 1 June 2022, the town had an estimated population of 1,431 in 750 households and a population density of 13 persons per km2. The total area of the town is 69.85 square kilometres (26.97 sq mi). It is the least populated of the towns of Shikoku.
