Trevor Keith Hill is an English Labour Party politician who served as Member of Parliament for Streatham from 1992 until 2010, as well as in a variety of Government roles as a Whip and a junior minister.

The Minister of State for Housing, Planning and Building Safety is a mid-level position in the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities in the British government. The position has been held by Lee Rowley since the November 2023 British cabinet reshuffle on 13 November 2023.
