László Piros was a Hungarian communist politician and military officer, who served as Interior Minister between 1954 and 1956.

Gábor Péter was a Hungarian communist politician. Between 1945 and 1952 he was chief of the State Protection Authority, and as such responsible for much brutality and many political purges.
