Lady Otsuya was a Japanese female samurai from the Sengoku period. She was a daughter of the Oda clan and served as ruler of Iwamura Castle until the last days of her life.

The siege of Iwamura was a military event which occurred in 1572 in Japan, concurrent with Takeda Shingen's push into Tōtōmi Province and the Battle of Mikatagahara.
