The Legislative Assembly of Ceará is the unicameral legislature of Ceará state in Brazil. It has 46 state deputies elected by proportional representation.

José Sarto Nogueira Moreira is a physician and a Brazilian politician affiliated to the Democratic Labour Party. He has been the former mayor of Fortaleza, the capital city of Ceará since 2021.
