St Ann's ward is an electoral ward in the city of Nottingham, England. The ward contains 45 listed buildings that are recorded in the National Heritage List for England. All the listed buildings are designated at GradeĀ II, the lowest of the three grades, which is applied to "buildings of national importance and special interest". The ward is to the north and northeast of the city centre, and is partly commercial and partly residential, with some industrial heritage. The listed buildings include houses, offices, shops and associated structures, former lace factories, churches, public houses, schools, an allotment shed, a monument to a boxer, civic buildings, a clock tower, and a former bus garage.

St Ann's is a large district of the city of Nottingham, in the English ceremonial county of Nottinghamshire. The population of the district at the time of the United Kingdom census, 2011 was 19,316.
