Livia Brito is a Cuban-Mexican actress and model best known for her intense performances in telenovelas. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Fernanda Linares, the lead character on the Televisa revenge drama television series La desalmada.

La desalmada is a Mexican telenovela that premiered on Las Estrellas on 5 July 2021. The series is produced by José Alberto Castro. It is an adaptation of the Colombian telenovela La Dama de Troya created by Felipe Forero, Alejandro Torres and Guido Jácome. Livia Brito stars as titular character, alongside José Ron, Eduardo Santamarina, Marjorie de Sousa, and Marlene Favela.
