Mirzapur Cadet College is a Military high school in Tangail, Bangladesh. Like other cadet colleges it follows the national curriculum prescribed by the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) with English version and gives emphasis to extracurricular and co-curricular activities.

Mohammed Abdul Mubeen is a retired Bangladeshi general who served as the Chief of Army Staff of the Bangladesh army from 2009 to 2012. Prior to his service as Chief of Army Staff, Abdul Mubeen served as principal staff officer of the Armed Forces Division. Before it, he served as the General Officer Commanding of 24th Infantry Division & 55th Infantry Division. He retired from the army in 2012 after serving as army chief.
