Mukhtar Beskenuly Tileuberdi is a Kazakh statesman, diplomat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Austria, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to International Organizations in Vienna (2023). who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 18 September 2019 until 29 March 2023. He also served as Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan in the Älihan Smaiylov.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan is an official in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, responsible for ensuring the implementation of foreign policy.
