The New York Cosmos was an American professional soccer club based in New York City and its suburbs. The team played home games in three stadiums around New York, including Yankee Stadium in the Bronx
Atlantic Records founders, brothers, Ahmet (left) and Nesuhi Ertegun, were the primary co-founders of the Cosmos.
