Orange II is a large catamaran designed for ocean racing, a "maxicat". The boat is 36.80 m long and has a 45 m mast and was launched in 2003. It was designed by the Gilles Ollier Multiplast design tea

The boat was initially launched "Code Zero" as its owners searched for sponsorship. It was soon renamed Innovation Explorer and is an ocean-racing catamaran. It was built for The Race, a no-limits non
