The Pčinja District is one of the nine administrative districts of Southern and Eastern Serbia. It covers the southern part of Serbia, bordering
Kosovo, along with Bulgaria and North Macedonia. Its administrative center is the city of Vranje.

Southern and Eastern Serbia
The Southern and Eastern Serbia is one of five statistical regions of Serbia. It is also a level-2 statistical region according to the European NUTS. It was formed in 2010. As of 2022 census, the region has a total of 1,406,050 inhabitants.
